Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I just got my first order! What do I do now?

A: All you need to do is pay the invoice that is generated and sent to you and then sit back and relax; Smokerolla.com will handle the fulfillment. The Mothership Connect app will automatically grab the order and send it to us. We'll ship the order out and then the tracking number will flow back through the Mothership connect app and will be added to your Shopify order. Your Shopify shipment notification will be sent to the customer automatically.

Q: How does ‘Smokerolla Dropshipping’ work?

A: The Smokerolla Dropshipping program leverages the Mothership Connect app to create a seamless integration between our Shopify store and yours. This allows you to sell our entire catalog with fast, automatic, white-label fulfillment.

Q: Which shopping carts does the Smokerolla Dropshipping program integrate with?

A: Mothership Connect has a one-click integration with Shopify (including Shopify POS). Mothership Connect will have a 1 click integration with most other popular online shopping carts in the future and also has an API which can be used to custom integrate with any system today. Q: With Smokerolla Dropshipping, can I continue to sell my own products on my website?

A: Yes, and it’s easy. You can add as many of our products as you'd like and you can sell them in addition to your own products.

Q: Can I run sales or promotions on these products?

A: Yes. You are in control. With Smokerolla Dropshipping, you can run promotions and discounts on your website and through your POS. You'll know the cost of each item, you set the price.

Q: What is the shipping cost of an average order?

A: The retailer shall pay the shipping costs based on standard shipping options identified by your shopify plan.  Note: you will be required to identify your own local shipping services and choose them from the Shopify options provided in tandem with your merchant account. 

Q: How quickly will my orders get shipped?

A: Most orders placed before 3PM PST are shipped the same or next day, however orders placed after 3PM PST will be shipped the following day.   

Q: What will the packing slips look like?

A: Smokerolla Dropshipping packing slips are very generic. They will not have any information on them aside from the customers shipping address and the items that they ordered. The package will have our Los Angeles return address in case the package is undeliverable.

Q: How much does the service cost?

A: Smokerolla Dropshipping is absolutely free, although the Mothership Connect app does charge $49/month plus 2.5% for transactional fees.

Q: What do I need to get started?

A: To get started with the Smokerolla Dropshipping program, you'll need a Shopify store (alternate shopping carts will be supported with a 1 click integration soon), an age-verification app and a merchant processing account.

Q: What if I want to use Smokerolla.com, but I do not have a website or the other necessary items?

A: No problem! Send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to determine your needs and help guide you on getting set up with all of the necessary components.

Q: How does payment work?

A: You're running your own online store, you take payment from your customer for the order and then we invoice you for the items that we will fulfill.
