In fact, just like you and the rest of the world, Smokerolla has been affected by the novel Coronavirus and dealing with the many challenges it presents that impact our quality of service and commitments to our clients and customers.

As a result of our own direct experiences with the virus, Smokerolla has been adjusting its policies and services to make the necessary changes dictated both by law and our own ethics and obligations to the greater society at large. In this way, we can assure all our worldly comrades remain healthy, happy, and safe throughout the ongoing pandemic.
Most of these adjustments relate to recent impacts on shipping and delivery speed of trusted carriers, staffing and scheduling constraints, and our many relationships with recently affected suppliers due to the Covid-19 pandemic. .
Bottom line is we’ve listened attentively to customer and supplier feedback, and by trial and error, have implemented the following effective new ways to reduce the impacts of the virus on our services to you. Please be aware that recent factors outside of our control involving the coronavirus across the United States have been causing sporadic and unpredictable delays in shipping times and tracking issues over the past few months with our most trusted carriers including Fedex, UPS, and USPS.
Re: TRACKING PACKAGES
If your package is taking longer than you thought to arrive, we highly recommend using your tracking number to sign up for email notifications regarding the status.This way, you can be in control of your own situation with your incoming package without having to wait on us for answers.
