Due to the overwhelming demand for our products, we pledge to do our best to keep them in stock as BEST WE CAN and ship them out to you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Most orders placed with us before 2:00pm California time Monday- Friday, usually ship out the same business day, regardless of the shipment method chosen. Most orders placed on the weekend or during holidays usually ship out the next business day.
Most orders usually arrive before the times actually quoted by the user specified shipping service, but in WORSE CASE scenarios shipping times can vary anywhere from between 4 to 9 business days before arriving to your door. We ask for your patience in these unlikely scenarios, but please understand, it COULD take some items that long to get to you.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, and cannot be shipped within 2-4 business days you will be notified.
A physical street address is required for all UPS and USPS parcels. WE CANNOT SHIP PRODUCTS TO A P.O. BOX.
Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. If address does not match or package is undeliverable and the packages are returned to the Smokerolla homebase, a $10.00 fee per box will be applied to your credit card. If you would like the package to be re-sent, there will be an additional fee plus shipping costs.
Smokerolla is happy to offer FREE SHIPPING within the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded) on any online orders over $50.00 minimum. (via USPS Parcel post or UPS ground).
Note that Certain items (such as butane) do not qualify towards the total dollar amount applicable for free shipping and will be labeled on the product page as inapplicable towards shipping minimum. Smokerolla reserves the right to label any product as inapplicable towards the total amount applicable for free shipping.
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via the email you provided to us in the checkout process. In order to make any necessary returns or refunds go as smooth as possible, we request that you please SAVE YOUR PACKAGE TRACKING INFORMATION for reference.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ABIDING BY THEIR LOCAL LAWS REGARDING THE SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO THEIR LOCATIONS.
